This song can be found on on the Mermaid Avenue Album. This CD features songs that were written but never released by Woody Guthrie.(Apparently these song archives were first offered to Bob Dylan back in the 60's but he never had a chance to go through em) Wilco collaborated with Billy Bragg (also featuring Natalie Merchant and Corey Harris) for this and Mermaid Avenue Vol II. There is an interesting documentary about Woody Guthrie and the making of these albums called Man In The Sand.
