Now I remember why i used to be scared of Ozzy Osbourne. Record covers like this where a bit unsettling for an elementary school kid. To be honest with you i don't think i was even allowed to listen to Ozzy because of all the bad press he had. You know the whole "friends with Satan" thing. Here's a passage from the album's liner notes: "The whole period around Diary of a Madman is like a haze. I was on this roller coaster and I didn't know how to get off,"states Ozzy. If 1980's Blizzard of Ozz served as a timely calling card for the former Black Sabbath ringmaster, then Diary of a Madman is an album during which Ozzy delved into the very depths of insanity.
Here's the title track from this metal classic.
